Surveys and case studies offer compelling insights into the areas in which new teachers commonly struggle. By effectively addressing these areas, schools can help new teachers improve their skills more quickly, thereby keeping them in the profession and raising student achievement.

Below I have listed some of a very known issues in the century:
  1. Struggling with Classroom Management
  2. Know How to Refocus during Classroom
  3. Keeping the Material Simple
  4. Building a Support Team between Teachers and Families
  5. Translating Learning Research into Practice
  6. Students can be disruptive, rude, and/or argumentative.
  7. Some students may struggle with the work and fail your course.
  8. Your students seem bored or unmotivated.
  9. Students may ask challenging questions that are beyond your expertise.
